This plugin allows you to translate any text.

Commands:

/translate <language> to <language> <Text to translate>  
or  
/translate <language> <Text to translate>  
or  
/translate <Text to translate>

Config:
You can change the defaults, etc.

Disclaimer:
This uses an unofficial google translate api. Don't blame me if your server blows up into tiny little pieces!. If it doesn't work let me know and I will try to help you.
